• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

In-App Currency

Trinza uses an in-app currency system (coins) for certain features. Please note:

• Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users
• Unused coins may expire or be forfeited upon termination of your use
• We reserve the right to modify the coin system at any time

Acceptable Use

When using Trinza, you agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application

All content, features, and functionality of Trinza, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Trinza and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trinza is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The application is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Trinza at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease, and any unused coins or subscription benefits may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Trinza after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
